Check out the images from our 2007 tour of Italy at the end of this page

We will also tour Verona, Venice, Lucca, Pisa and attend a performance at the Verona Opera, which takes place in the Roman colosseum in the center of town.

Christopher Collins Lee (RSO Concertmaster) has once again generously agreed be our featured soloist for our 2014 tour!

Our tour partner is MUSIC AND TRAVEL CONSULTANTS LTD (www.musicandtravel.com). We have worked with them in the past with all but one of our tours and have had absolutely wonderful experiences based on their knowledge of the area and expertise as travel organizers.

Cost is always a moving target, particularly with the constantly fluctuating value of the Euro and the volatile nature of air travel pricing. Our goal is to keep the cost to the students at about $3,100 with the cost to family members and other friends at about $3,300 to $3,400. These prices are only approximate and may be more or less depending on future circumstances.

Knowing that cost is always an issue, we are organizing early so that RSYO members and their families can begin to plan now. Additionally, numerous organized fundraising opportunities will be available to RSYO members beginning in the fall of 2012.

Our tour managers are George and Susan Lamb and can be reached via email: RSYO Tour Managers (rsyotrip@gmail.com)  Please note that this is a new email address.
